The first and second year students in the Holland College journalism program will be providing extensive coverage of the ACAA men’s and women’s basketball championships this Friday-Sunday from the Centre for Community Engagement complex on the Charlottetown Centre campus.
Reporters will produce game stories and photographs. They will also file video from the games. It will all appear online after each game over the three days.
All the material will be posted on this website starting Friday afternoon shortly after the 11 a.m. game ends.
Here is the schedule of games:
Friday:
11 a.m. – Holland College women v UNBSJ
1 p.m. – Mount Allison women v University of Kings College
3 p.m. – Holland College men v Mount Allison
5 p.m. – University of Kings College men v Crandall University
Saturday
1 p.m. – St. Thomas women v lower seed from Friday games
3 p.m. – Mount St. Vincent women v high seed from Friday games
6 p.m. – Mount St. Vincent men v lower seed from Friday games
8 p.m. – St. Thomas men v high seed from Friday games
Sunday
1 p.m. – Women’s final
3:30 p.m. – Men’s final
